Every order ships free within the United States, and every slab is packed to protect the holder on the way to you.

Free U.S. shipping

• Free shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend.
• In-stock orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days after we receive them.
• Your delivery address, shipping service and final total are shown in Shopify Checkout before you pay.

How we pack

Comics and graded slabs are packed with collectors in mind, with care taken to keep holders from moving, scuffing or cracking in transit.

How preorders ship

Preorders are not ready to ship when you buy them. Every preorder copy goes to CGC for grading before it ships:

1. Preorder: you reserve your copy in advance.
2. Release: the comic comes out on its official release date.
3. CGC submission: your copy is sent to CGC for grading and encapsulation.
4. Quality control and shipping: we inspect the slab, then ship it to you.

Allow about 6–8 weeks after the official release date, not the purchase date, plus any extra time needed for signing, grading, remarques and processing. Preorders ship in the order they were received. Each listing shows its release, signing and grading details.

If your order arrives damaged

1. Email hello@comicbookplug.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos of the item, the holder and the packaging.
3. Keep the item and packaging until we send instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

We provide a prepaid return label for approved damage returns. For a damaged CGC holder, you can also choose a CGC reholder instead of a refund. See the return policy for details.
