Buying Graded Trading Cards
Find the card you want
This collection contains graded trading cards. The current selection includes Allegiance Secret Wars 1984 cards with Spider-Man and Cyclops. Read the card number in each title before you compare copies. The Spider-Man cards have different numbers, so the character name alone does not identify the card.
Open a product page to compare the front image with the card number and description. A trading card from a Secret Wars set is a different collectible from a Secret Wars comic. Use the graded comic collection if you want comic issues, or stay here to compare cards in their graded holders.
Read the card label
Check the grading company and the grade printed on the holder label. The number in a card listing must be read in the context of that card's label. Do not use the comic grading scale to interpret a card grade or assume that a signature notation describes the card's condition.
For a signed card, compare the signature details in the listing with the label and visible signatures. Read all the names when more than one signer is listed. Review the full holder photo as well as the artwork, and check that the label describes the card shown.
Compare the listed copies
Use the available stock filter to narrow the selection. The price fields let you compare items within a budget. Clear any filter when you want to see the full collection again. The number of shown items changes with your filters, so a smaller list does not mean that the other cards have been removed.

A certification number identifies the recorded graded item. Read it from the label photo and check it with the grading company's lookup service when available. The product photos and label details are the basis for your comparison; a character name or short title does not replace those checks.
